Dear Mr. Harding:

Since one of the purposes of the three stated purposes of PATA is to recruit candidates for public office, is it PATA?’s intent to influence the elections? Did PATA try to influence the elections and elections process during the November 6th general elections. What candidates did PATA specifically ?‘ seek out and inspire ?… to run for public office?’? Please name the candidates and the office they attempted or succeeded in running for? In addition, were there any funds expended to aid the election of any candidate running for public office? If so, how much was expended? What was the date of the mailing of your newsletter prior to the November 6th general elections? What was the cost associated with the printing and mailing of that newsletter? Who printed the newsletter? How was that newsletter paid for?

Please be aware that state and local officials and members of the media serving the Pickerington area may be monitoring this website?’s discussion pages. Therefore, all answers and references to this question may be used in legal proceedings and newspaper articles.

Thank you for your prompt reply.
