I saw that the discussion pages were down earlier so I do not feel it appropriate to answer your question as to my ?“pulling your leg?” until you and others could see what I posted before.

Gee whiz Concerned you really riled some folks up from the looks of things....
What I posted was in fact straight from the City?’s web site. THEY put Maxey back on the City?’s list of Officials before the final vote. That?’s not appropriate ?– in my view. Of course I just pay taxes here so my say does not matter. I didn?’t vote for Maxey, I did not want Maxey in office and they ?– save one- do not care for my opinion. I know each and every member of council?’s name that has voted for this reappointment and I will remember those names on every ballot they appear upon. They need not waste their influential financiers?’ money asking for my vote, cause they will never get it.
As to the question of whether it was appropriate to make the City?’s web site include the Maxey reappointment before it happened.... it just shows what a sham this little government is. Any appointed City official who took part in this charade should be shone the door. I have hard copied the City?’s web site material containing the Maxey reappointment (dated 2/18/02). Also the more recent purged City?’s web site cleaning up their goof (dated 2/25/02) and sent a copy of these to the PATA contact person. If the collective media wants to get of their A@@ES they can contact PATA for the copies and print the story that they owe their readers.
In my view these clowns can run, but they can?’t hide and it?’s time the print media reported the facts over the Official's ?“quotes?” of what they want us to know.
