Your apparent limited understanding of the English language makes this pointless, but I'll try. Saying that ''no one has contacted PYSA about buying our land'' means that the rumor isn't true. We've entertained offers before and we'll entertain offers in the future, but there has been no contact at this time with anyone wanting to buy our land.

Pickerington needs a lateral

Dear Mr. Cieply,

I am glad you are paying attention. However you must have been out of town for some very important FREE things that Mr. Berry has given our community. Let me remind you and the PYSA that Mr. Berry gave the athletic boosters a FREE grand stand only to try to resale some land on Borland St. to the school board for more that he had in the grand stand. He also gave FREE land to the City of Pickerington for their police station. Now the tax payers are paying $73,000 for another engineering study because the land won?’t hold up a two story building. He convinced our city councilmen that this property was worth $100,000 per acre which is probably what he wrote off on his income tax. The fact that he only paid $5,000 per acre seems a little bit of a gap between buying and selling price doesn?’t Mr. Cieply. The city also is going to build a $150,000 road for this free property that is sitting right on Refugee Road.

I don?’t want to bore you with all the money that has made Mr. Berry?’s properties more valuable because the city TIFed these projects and took millions away from our school system.

Mr. Cieply I do understand the English language or at least I thought I did prior to moving to Pickerington. Have you ever heard of the term eminent domain? You might want to study up on it.
