Lucifer sighting

Bushman said that the landowners supported being annexed into Pickerington and were ?“very upset?” the township tried to usurp their property rights.

So sorry that Dominion, Virginia Homes, 8185 Farms Ltd., etc. are ?“very upset?” about not getting the rest of us to subsidize their residential construction.

Even more forked tongue quotes...... Bushman said that the reduced fees were because it was a risk of losing almost $3 million in water and sewer fees from already present lines at the properties.

She wants the utility payers to honor her annexation deals when the lines are ALREADY PRESENT.

Only the devil would think that the honest citizens of this area should pay for these annexation deals.
Do you remember?

Do you remember the story of the Rainmaker? This is sounding somewhat the same.

Not the Dustin Hoffman movie.
Bushman,lose what you never had?

Bushman said they were in jeopardy of losing those funds. HOW CAN YOU LOSE SOMETHING YOU NEVER HAD? I know Fairfield County is poised and ready to deliver water and sewer to the North and to the South. They have the lines in place, I don't see anything from Pickerington. If anyone would lose it is Fairfield County Utilities.

Devil is a woman

You are correct, sir!

I believe that Lucifer could be a female.

I think it is time some of PATA's leadership tallied up the sewer and tap fee costs, with the referendum costs, and the other land/option purchases made by the city up and balanced that against their budget and debt schedule, and really got a good look at how much annexation costs the rest of us...
