Bill, Check out my Discussion ...How to Control Annexation'', The city cannot annex any land for development without the approval of the county commissioners. I am running for county commissioner this November 5. Vote for me and there will be no more annexation with out ample monies set aside for schools, utilities and fire and police protection.
