(Updated 2-10-02) Some notable changes have occurred in area print media coverage.
We have added a link to the Lancaster Eagle Gazette newspaper. This newspaper has recently gone ?“on line?” and lists a portion of their coverage, on a daily basis, for viewing. Very little of their coverage is archived currently, yet with the primary usage of the City of Pickerington?’s legal announcements being placed in this medium we felt it was important to provide this link. Again, on 2-5-02 it was pointed out by concerned residents, that Council should better inform residents by utilizing multiple media vehicles in their announcements (both daily?’s and weekly?’s) . Let?’s see ?– this is now more than (2) years, one Charter revision, the hiring of a Communications Director, and countless times during 2001 that this suggestion has been requested.
While much of the print media coverage has been improving, it is still noticeable that pre-meeting agendas are still not provided.
