Stop the insanity
PATA?’s done a remarkable job documenting the costs of this annexation drive to insanity. Over $1 million dollars of developer incentives for mostly houses in the southern 316 acre annexations ?– and who pays, us that?’s who. Almost an additional $2 million dollars for the northern 362 acre annexation again for developer reductions to put in more houses. This is not ?“free enterprise?” this is the utility system abusing its current users to benefit the developers. I paid my fair share when I moved here so should they. No more plant expansions till this nonsense is stopped.
