Next Phase
I guess some of my questions have been answered by the Courts. Council is indeed in contempt of court. Now we should move to the next phase.
1. Do the arrests take place en masse at City Hall?
2. Will the people charged with contempt have the opportunity to surrender themselves at the County Courthouse?
3. Will one Councilman?’s current outstanding warrant in Franklin County obligate Sheriff Phalen to extradite him to Franklin County?
4. Since they are still in contempt of the Supreme Court of the State of Ohio, should that Court be notified as to the current situation so they too can take appropriate action?
5. Questions 3-7 from the original post still need to be answered.
Postscript: My apologies to Mr. Shaver. Never would I have dreamed that he would have voted for this annexation.
