For crying out loud people, the City government is hell bent on killing the City as quickly as they can. There is apparently nothing we can do to stop it before the elections. I'll bet no one runs against these City killers because no one will want to try to rebuild something that is so irreperable ruined.

Never mind - I am signing off because I am in a real libelous and slanderous mood and I don't want PATA to get the heat.

Mr. Harding,

With all do respect you post something from the Ohio Supreme court and their ruling. Have you forgot where you live and what city you are talking about here. They don't need to follow any sticking supreme court findings, Man this is Pickeringon.

Maybe the Ohio Supreme court can redeem itself by ruling on the Pickerington initiative that is currently before it. If they allow the voters to vote on it. Maybe using emergency for zoning ordinances will be outlawed.
