Something else
Mr. Rookstool,
Another request request that might shed some light on things...
Who is the bonding agent for William Fannin Builders, the developer of the Pine Ridge Estates subdivision?
Forward that information on to the PATA Webmaster and let them post that for public consumption.

Did they violate the oath on 9/3
Bruce,
On September 3rd, 2002 this same city council that has pledged to uphold the laws of this state REFUSED to vote on an initiative petition that was submitted to the clerk on the proper form (their words). It also had 356 valid signatures verified at the board of elections and reported to the council on August 20th,2002 by the Clerk, Linda Yartin.
According to state law they must send the initiative to the board of elections and have it placed on the ballot between 60 and 120 from the date (August 29th) they are aware that it had enough signatures. This issue is before the Ohio Supreme Court at this very moment. For those that have considered running a recall, if the higher authority (Supreme Court) rules that the Pickerington Citycouncil acted improperly then is this grounds for a recall?
On September 3rd they were denying the citizens of Pickerington their rights under Ohio Law. I think this should be grounds for recall don't you?
GOOD WORK BRUCE.

Thorton ?“scam?”
Since you asked, I think the Thorton Dispatch article was just more wanton media manipulation by Pickerington City officials.
Just like the videotape that PATA has allowed me to borrow called Subdivide and Conquer she?’s ?“cash poor and land rich?”. She or her heirs will make out like bandits when the ramp gets built in the area. They?’ve got two cities vying over the ground and I?’m not stupid enough to think that this women contacted the Dispatch herself or is fronting legal expenses out of her own pocket.
By seeing thru it....
