Signs at polling places
I think someone should be more concerned about the levy signs posted at polling places. Violet Elementary has several signs on its front lawn on Education Drive.
That's not legal

levy committee response
I included a copy of my email to Mark Uher figuring he knew who to contact to express an opinoion on the sign situation. He contacted Hope Boren, the signage chairperson with my concerns.
The response is that the levy commitee did not want to offend anyone by the sign placements. They have given permission for any levy supporters to move signs to new locations if the current placement is offensive to you. They would like you to contact Hope Boren with the old location of the signs and the new location you are placing them in. I will not post Hope's contact number here but you can find it in the phone book if you want to move some signs.

Ugly display of the narrow mind
Ms. Ross
The signage is offensive, dangerous and obnoxious.
As far as that perpetual levy committee is concerned they can move them under their own manpower. Sure as shooting that school mouthpiece will scream his fool head of about ?“election tampering?” if anyone dare touch his repulsive display.
Of course that levy committee will never get the real message -----....----- join the masses that want to slow the houses coming in ?‘cause then we won?’t need endless levies.
No, they?’ll never get it!
If you don?’t see the problem -----....----- work to solve the problem -----....----- then your part of the problem. What better way to illustrate such as to leave their obnoxious signage in place?
