The answer is obvious isn't it? Everyone is petrified of her. Would you want her to load a ton of porn on your PC or worse and then call the cops and the press? She has made perfectly clear what she is capable of if someone messes with her.

The truth is this...

The City--at least Mrs. Fersch and other department heads--do try to get the budget done in time. Then the City Manager comes in, very angry that she hasn't been consulted about how money is being spent simply because she has other ideas--and plans...

When you work for a rage-a-holic like Mrs. Bushman, you try not to get too close until you absolutely have to...

And all of the prepared budgets in the world cannot withstand the wrestling match that Linda Fersch and Joyce Bushman take part in every year...And Mrs. Fersch doesn't even report to Mrs. Bushman, she reports to Council! Ha!

Another very solid reason to recall some of our fabulous officials! The City Budget has taken a severe beating at the hands of these people. It is time to get some people back in City hall who actually know who they are working for!
