Go to www.bbb.com and do a search on Homewood or Maronda if you don't believe it. We are dealing with the bottom of the barrel.

The quote from above is from the minutes of Pickerington?’s Planning and Zoning Commission. For those of you that haven?’t attended these meetings, when someone wants to submit a development plan to the City it goes to this body first. Next is goes to the Service Committee of City Council and then to the full City Council. All of these bodies have clearly adopted the belief that more houses are good and even more houses are better!

This quote is by someone who is a frequent attendee (speaker & presenter) at these meetings representing his clients.

Who would stand to make the most on rezoning of multiple acres of differing farmlands that are converted in multiple subdivisions?
