So now with the New Mayor we have this carefully crafted ?“message?” ---

We?’re going to work together ---- but no joint public meetings are set.
We?’re going to channel peoples (who have been vocal) energy --- channel to what direction?
We?’re going to win over our critics --- Mayor, the PATA phone # is in the book (and has been for 3 years).

The message concludes in getting these things done between now and November. --- why November?
