''It has been reported that snipes have been seen roaming city hall. These snipes have been affectionately nicknamed ''growth initiative'' and ''cooperation with other governmental entities.''

The mayor has asked you all to help him capture these elusive creatues. All interested parties should cease all recall intitiatives and join the mayor in his pursuit. He has tentatively placed David Shaver in charge of the quest for the snipe nicknamed ''growth initiative'', and has set times and appointments with the Violet Township Board of Trustees to help search for the snipe nicknamed ''cooperation with other governmental entities.''

To make the hunt more effective I?’ll target the quarry with plaid paint. I?’m off to the True Value hardware store to get a can of plaid paint so that the hunters will be able to bag the game when they spot it.
