I just read a letter in the Times from a local realtor named Dan Gregor. He tells us all about what this slow the growth movement ''isn't'' about but fails to tell us what it ''is'' about. Wasn't there someone in our recent past that had trouble with the word ''is'' and its meaning? Then he proceeds to insult the 72% minority. Calling us petty, calling us a vocal minority.
At the same time he shows his total ignorance of the issues when he starts talking about he Parade of Homes. The Parade already has their building permits and they are ALL UNDER ROOF. Mr. Gregot needs to go back to the city and tell them they provided false information for him to write his letter. ''IF HE DID IN DEED WRITE HIS OWN LETTER.''
To be fair I would like to say a few things good about Mr. Gregor. Yep I would certainly like to say that!
I would imagine if I had a home to sell I would have a problem with a realtor that didn't know the area that he was selling homes in. Clearly he would have problems determining the value of my dog house let alone my home. Could you really expect to get to the full value out of your house with realtors like this?
