In the face of continual obstacles that always come from the City Law Director on every petition it looks like they have ferreted out his obstructionist tactics. ?“The problem is, if you don?’t have a Mayor and you don?’t have a quorum, you don?’t have anything.?” Some would say a good problem! Now the petitioners know the tactic being employed so all they have to do is turn in the filled out petitions in a staggered manner. Pick off two on the first go round, keep collecting signatures and pick off another 2 or 3 the second go round - some weeks later. That should make it real fun to see if the second round folks want to force the expenditure of the second recall landslide vote. Heck they spend money like its water, you never know. Who would you say goes to the poles for recall in the first salvo?
