I found last nights meeting interesting because it seems that some people would want you to believe that you can't care about your community & your country at the same time.
I think it is critical for people to keep all emotions under wraps for the next few months. It is already being said that this is personal. Quite frankly it certainly has the opportunity to go that way. But it's not necessary & won't further anyones cause.
There are enough FACTS around to make anyone of them nervous enough to keep their day jobs. Mr. Johnson did a terrific job of listing a few of them last night, but there are many more.
Every man being recalled made a point to say they supported the Moratorium with significant changes. They also made a point to tell Mrs. Reade that they had met to discuss it - interestingly enough, it appears they met but only discussed the Community Authority. There were no proposed changes to the Moratorium discussed which leads me to believe these guys have NOT been focused on the Growth Plan until they felt they had no choice.
