What exactly happened last night at counicl? What exactly was passed and how can the initial growth plan fail, yet a revised one pass with only one reading? Any ideas??? Where can I get a copy of what WAS passed? All I know is that when it passed, Joyce Bushman smiled. THAT makes me VERY skeptical!!!!

They passed an entirely new ordinance last night without public debate without review by the Law Director without anything. The original ordinance was 2003-17 sponsered by David Shaver. The Maxey amendment was an entirely new ordinance.

I am sure you will see the ordinance posted on this web site in the next day or so.
