The Champion of high density housing has taken a punch this week & is staggering.
Do not back down. Do not pause to say ahhhhh - finally. The Challenger's (City Residents) must continue to swing to stay in this fight & be successful...DO NOT let the reigning champ catch his (collective) breath!
Think of it like the Tyson & Douglas match. Where did Tyson end up? Just where our fine City Councilmen belong!
Keep Swinging!

Mr. Shaver is aptly named.....
I can only imagine the backroom deal making taking place now.
I can also imagine the pressure on Mr. Shaver to ''comply'' with the BIA & Mayor Postage & Mr. Wright.
David - I can tell you that this coming week you will find yourself aptly named. We voted for you just for this occasion & know you will stand up for what is right for your constituents. There is a Monster in Pickerington that goes by the name of ''Postage/BIA/Wright/Bushman'' that needs slayed & you my fine friend are the man we elected for the job.
On the other hand Mr. Wright says he listens to his constituents but last time I looked Tom Hart lived in Bexley. A land locked community where all the kids go to school in a classroom. He lives there by choice - just like we live in Pickerington by choice. Meaning if we don't want to live next to his high density housing to get out of his way.
Mr. Hart you are about to find out you came into the wrong community to act tough. Go torture someone else - the people in Pickerington are taking back their town.
I encourage my fellow City Residents to come to the Council Meeting on Tuesday night & support Mr. Shaver - he will be facing Goliath with a sling shot & he will win.
We will make sure of it. And someone bring those petitions - I want to watch & be able to sign appropriately after this vote.
And councilmen - we clearly understand there are 3 readings & will be watching your actions through them all.

Recall Petitions
Those recall petitions will be available outside. I think these guys are running for something I think.
Anyone willing to carry more petitions? We need more help or this will take until May or June.
Thanks

I'd bring some extra sets
You never know about the mood of the crowd - bring some extra petitions with you. You might just get all the signatures you need there.
I have heard a lot of people talking about coming. Maybe someone should bring popcorn.
