You can bet this block party will be invitation only. The BIA will probably have the street
closed off to keep the lowly masses from crashing
the party. Remember the old silver trailer that
sat on that land for years as you came into town
on SR256 West? I used to think that was so ugly
but at least there was wooded land around & behind it. Take a look at it now. What a mess!
The houses are monstrous and the wooded land is
gone forever. Just another fancy subdivision.
But hey, that is what Pton city leaders do best.
Give the BIA free rein. They can build and move
on, while the rest of us are stuck with cleaning
up the mess.

The best way to handle this is to party. Let's show the current goons in office and their developer buddys a real party. We can celibrate the upcoming recall election right in front of the developers folly.

Low end builders

How come we attrack the low end builders for our parade of homes? They have Wayne homes, Moronda, Delux, Rockford, C.V. Perry, Donley, Homewood and Beasley just to name a few.

Are these the same builders that build in New Albany on two acre lots? I do think so. Why are the homes on the Pickerington Parade of Homes so close together? If I walk between these house with my arm extended my hands would touch the houses on the adjacent lots. Who in the hell is the BIA trying to fool. They are bringing more low grade crap to Pickerington with this so called parade of low end homes.

I believe we need to stage a larage protest infront of the parade of homes to tell everyone just how much damage the BIA and the Pickerington City Council are doing to this community.

Sign man can you get some signs that will fit on a person dash board? We need to make this an unforgettable event for the BIA. Why are they bringing these junk houses to Pickerington and trying to pawn them off as homes suitable for New Albany?
