People want & need change. Don't let the Vocal Minority that sits on the City Council change your minds. Change your choices !!! They only make the appearance of listening when they are threatened to be thrown out of office !!
The Growth Proponents at last nights Council Meeting did NOT keep the promises they made when the Growth Ordinance was tabled. Parker specifically said this would be passed in some fashion prior to the May election. Whoops - did Doug leave his calendar at home ? Once again, too little & too late for the Levy & the kids. The City Council's priorities are clear.
The question is why on earth is that acceptable? I am certain our community will not pass the levy & our children will pay the price - what is the price this Council pays? Are there no consequences for this irresponsible behavior. People need to stand up & get involved - if you can't take back the Community for yourself - you should be doing so for your children. It's every parents responsibility.
