Fairfield County Judge Don MaAuliffe was indicted today on federal charges. Seven counts of arson, fraud and money laundering. He could face 40 years in jail and a $1 million fine. The federal prosecutors consider the Judge a flight risk. The want to keep him in jail sounds like.

Hopefully this will be the beginning of a long line of people from the Pickerington Mafia going to jail.

Ethics in Government ??

The County Republican Party should be embarrassed - the timing of the charges is beautifully coordinated with the start of his marketing campaign.

Wasn't Brian Fox a support of both DeMastry and McAuliffe? Wasn't Fox getting money from DeMastry for his campaigns? Didn't Fox sign DeMastry's petition to get him on the ballot after DeMastry was indicted? Didn't Mike Kiger get his money from the DeMastry family? Wasn't Fox partners with McAuliffe in an LLC for the Discount Drug Mart?

McAuliffe signs are still in the yards of Maxey, Jack Bowman, John Washington, Chief Fuller's home, Bill Wright, and Randy Hughes. Are all of these people responsible judges of charactor? If they don't see their own charactor flaws how can they see others.

How about Lee Gray and how he still runs the city? What part did he play in the party endorsing McAuliffe? Wasn't Gray running the screening committee? Was Maxey on the screening committee? Wasn't Fox on the screening committee? I guess none of the judges past behavior ever came up.

Odds are Joyce will be fired soon. Right after Bob Mapes resigns from double talk burn out. Bob can't fall on his sword anymore for anyone.
