I am so glad that Mr.Goldman is ready to hand over $375k for extracurricular activities. All we have to do is agree to a few more hundred homes or condos for Heatherbrook Developers. Mr.
Goldman,Esq. assures us that condos ''do not contribute to the generation of school age children.'' Oh, and where is the other $225k promised from other concerned builders? Yes, folks, the check's in the mail!

... will come in the form of a 'land' donation to the school. A little swamp land that some developer valued at $225K and couldn't build a swing set on without it sinking into the muck.

Could this be in Sheffield?


In the Sheffield sub-division the lots are so small there are swing sets in the front yards. Know this is a little swampy.

Maybe the City of Pickerington doesn't believe in deed restrictions. They obviously don't believe in builder restrictions - the more and the faster the merrier. Who cares what these houses look like!!

Lord knows they need another Elementary in that area !!!

Sheffield is a perfect example of Pickeringtons
wreckless devlopment plans which have adverse
effects on other adjancent property owners.
