I am not going to start a whole new discussion thread just to talk about Mark W. Uher?’s motivations. That is perfectly clear. He is nothing more than a hired gun. A paid character assassin. We all know that and it has been documented previously in this forum. All you have to do is correlate election dates and the close proximity of his postings. This time I suspect he was hired again by the S?’s and I?’m sure Miss D still has a hand in things. I wonder what his price was this time. Also evident is his past postings is his impassioned pleas to stick to issues and not get into name-calling and personal attacks. Then when people seem to be sticking to issues he opens up with both barrels on personal attacks.

I have not been able to corroborate his continued declaration that there were 1,000 people at the board meeting. I called the reporters to ask their estimations, as they published much, much lower numbers. I contacted the television stations to ask the same but did not get a return call. They, too, stated lower numbers that 1,000. If he was sitting in front among his admiring fans, how could he keep a head count of those behind him? Additionally, I am going to contact Mr. Vickroy this afternoon to find out the number of seats in the auditorium. I suppose between that and calculating the amount of standing room, it should be easy enough to determine if there were indeed 1,000 people there. Hopefully Mark W. Uher is not over exaggerating this because it could possibly lead us to believe that he might be doing the same on other subjects.

Now as to the information posted towards the end of the Jeanne Dixon column ?– Mark W. Uher, for your own good, you might as well post the documents pertaining to that issue. You see, you are not the only one who has so little else to do that they can search all public records. If the situation indeed exists and there are court records giving all the details, they should be easy enough to obtain. I am sure they will provide much more entertaining reading that the drivel you post here. Besides, one can only imagine how you got to keep the house!

PAC or not?

I know you are ready to get personal and reveal some of Mark Uher?’s personal life. I would hope that you wouldn?’t. Clearly Mr. Uher is trying to compensate publicly for some inadequacies at home, similar to a short man?’s syndrome. I also do not want to in any way defend Mark?’s actions, but we should reveal the issues that make Mark a hypocrite rather that any failures in his personal life. I believe he has young children still in school and they shouldn?’t suffer for their father?’s actions and behavior. Hopefully they will grow up with some sense of decency unlike their father.


I believe one area that Mark has hammered PATA has been where he claims the PATA group is an unregistered Political Action Committee. To be considered a PAC you must support a candidate or an issue on the ballot, support that can be measured in dollars. Clearly
The Pickerington Athletic association has placed their candidates on the ballot. The very same people that serve as athletic boosters sign up and campaign for candidates like Wes Monhollen, Lori Sanders, and Debbie Carlier. Once they get their candidate elected this group continues to influence the activities of the school along with influence the votes coming out of the board. Obviously Lori Sanders is also on the campaign committees to promote these issues that are on the ballot.

So the question we should be asking here is the members of the Pickerington Athletic Association also engaged in political activities promoting issues and candidates? Now we will have two associations this fall if it is necessary to even have an athletic association. Are there candidates for school baord using the members of these associations to campaign for them and then support them once they are in office? Does this school board take it?’s orders and direction from a group of zealots pretending to be concerned parents of extracurricular activities? Does this group through the athletic booster membership raise money for these candidates? Is the booster membership lists made available to these candidates? Have they used these lists to call parents to vote for the school levies? Have they used these lists to solicit money for these candidate campaigns? Have the boosters laundered money for political campaigns of school board candidates through their membership?


So Mr. Villain if you want to look into our troubles here locally please start with the Athletic Booster clubs of Pickerington and open their books. Find how and why they are so closly tied to the developers in this community which have profited from the uncontrolled residential growth of the area. How one board member gets a letter donating $666K to the school for athletics in exchange for favorable treatment? How and why is McAuliffe and Postage always somewhere close to the action?

Why does Mark Uher have lunch with Daryl Berry regularly? What do they talk about and how does Daryl compensation Mark?

Time to review the messages. I am sure that Mark W. Uher quoted chapter and verse the definition of PACs and how it applied to PATA. Time to see how Mark W. Uher's definition applies to the PAA and boosters.

Thanks for the wake up call. I was just upset by the vehement and misdirected attacks.
