Hey, Always Anonymous: You missed a mistake. What about 'parted' black pick up truck? Should it be parked instead of parted? Who is the really drip or did you mean dip _ _ _ _? |

Issues not People ??
Mark - You write horrible postings about people - using this forum as no paper would print your nonsense. Then you say speak to issues not people. Is this above posting - your effort to do that ?? If you have facts answer the posters questions - which have nothing to do with a parked black pick up truck. If not move on. By Sue |

Lack of PLSD Financial Data
Yes, Sue. There are alot of common issues in the postings here. The first is the lack of financial information about PLSD. Our website is among the worst in all of Central Ohio. It is time for the State of Ohio to grade school districts for the involvement of the community in the board-decision making process and the amount of financial data that it shares with the public. We would get a failing grade on both. We are in the 21st Century, when budgets, revenue and expenses all can be placed on line for full public view at any time. And, we are in the 21st Century, when we don't use extracurricular activities to threaten voters to pass levies. And, we are in the 21st Century, when colleges accept 'whole students' a concept that takes into account the student's performance in and out of the classroom. It is clear that our district officials place little value on extracurricular activities and practical out-of-classroom techniques such as field trips. Our district banned field trips six years ago. Look at what district official wrote about the value of extracurricular activities in the March/April edition of the School Bell. And, we are rewarding those district officials with a 4.25% raise on July 1! And, we are in the 21st Century, when the power of the press will help ensure our elected officials obey the laws of the land. Sorry, Sue, I am not going to go away. Your postings only help motivate me more. Thanks. |
