A few questions......
I believe that the second paragraph of 349.05 specifically states that a CA is NOT to have zoning powers.
Question #1 - Does the BIA recognize this? Or are they going to use the CA to try to get around 2 units per acre & a possible Ohio Supreme Court ruling not in their favor? What are their intentions as it relates to zoning?
Question #2 - If projected #'s prove wrong - ie this goes forward & ''everyone'' buys into .7 students per home, & a higher # actualizes (1.5 for example) will the BIA step in & fill the gap in terms of needed School Buildings?
Their rate of growth shouldn't push our School District into Split Sessions.
Question #3 - Are their City Builders that have acreage in the Township? Are they willing to commit their Township lands now? If not, why?
Question #4 - How many acres are in the Township owned by developers with Final Plats, but without Occupancy Permits?
