Do Your Homework, Dr. Pepper
Dr. Pepper,
I'm sorry, but I must give you an F on your homework. Please re-read the publication on the Attorney General's website, specifically pages 70-92. It addresses sporting events, press conferences, seminars, etc. From your comments, you did not go to the AG's website ... don't bother you with facts, your mind is made up, right?
Please re-write your essay with the correct information ... you can even do it with your friend, Gail.

A ?“different?” violation
Mark, would you be equally exasperated as to a different ?‘Violation of the Open Meeting
Act?”?
Let?’s just ?“imagine?” that say there was a meeting of a quorum of maybe City Council members on April 29th at 9:00 pm at say the Longhorn Steakhouse. If this ?“chance?” gathering had maybe ?– oh, say possibly 4 sitting Council members who could be potentially considered for Removal from office, also in attendance possibly a former portly Mayor, and lets potentially add in a follicle challenged, campaign donation generous, land option interested, press box donating ?“major player?” in local affairs would that be something to note?
If this ?“imaginary?” meeting occurred just days after the land option extension contract of a near abutting parcel to the New School site that had a nearly adjoining parcel with a ?“pre-annexation agreement?” with a PR-10 zoning to the land option tract be of ?“interest?”?
Should possibly the public be privy to the terms of the land option contract signed by an ?“imaginary?” official prior to its ?“hypothetical?” enactment be of importance?
Would it be potentially inappropriate to use, let?’s suppose, state taxpayer monies in the form of guaranteed loans for what the ?“possible?” real deal of sewer expansion is all about when publicly made responses from officials indicate a contrary course of action?
Let?’s just take a good look at some ?“potentially?” REAL violations.

I'm keeping you up at night!
Mark,
I see you continue to suffer from your delusions of grandeur. I do know few consolers that could help you, but I value their friendship more than trying to get you some help. Just because you posted information on this web site doesn?’t mean that the free thinking adults here will spend their weekend reading over the Attorney General?’s web site. Some of us actually have families and we enjoy their company during the hours that we don?’t work. Most of us don?’t sit up at 3 AM to post come backs on the PATA web site. Most of us have lives.
Apparently you have confused us with those that sat around you at the recent school board meeting. We are not 17 year olds and we do vote. We are not impressed by the names you drop and the silly little charges you make to keep us busy with researching web sites and generally wasting our time.
What you should try to do is to find a way to keep me from canceling out your vote every time a school issue is on the ballot. You need to make me agree with you and treating me like a 17 year old will not get it done. Let me assure you that I vote every election. Trying to get under my skin or the skin of others posting on this site only shows us all your true intent. Correcting our spelling or grammar at the same time ignoring the real issue being stated shows your own ignorance.
I am sure that you and yours will get a school operating levy passed one day. You will intimidate and verbally threaten voters until they agree to vote. We have reached the point in our community that this school funding issue can only continue for a few more years without the entire community finding a solution. I see nothing in anything that you have ever said that would lead me or others that post here to believe that you can find a solution.
You are pre-occupied with finding a villain. A lesson taught to us by Hitler and targeting the Jews in the 1930s. Yes finding that villain and putting it or them up for public ridicule may work in the short term to pass a levy because of the emotional state of the parents worried about their kid?’s future. Your solution only prolongs the problem.
You have damaged your credibility by your constant attacks on people that your best move would be to stay at home shut up and stay out of the school activities. If you do work at the concession stand, then do a job where you won?’t have any public contact.

Not Really, Dr. Pepper
Dr. Pepper,
Thanks for your concern that you are keeping me up at night. You should probably recheck with the PATA website administrator what time I posted my comments on Sunday morning. It was not 3 p.m. ... wrong again. I enjoy correcting inaccurate information you post here.
Since you are so interested in my personal habits, we had a house full of company Saturday evening and the last left about 12:45 a.m. Sunday morning. After cleaning up the house following company, I wanted to 'relax' a bit so I logged onto my comic pages for another laugh or two.
Thanks for your concern about my personal welfare. I am touched.
