I looked at the link on the left ''Letter of Donation - After School Activites''.

What does the phrase ''In consideration of development'' really mean? If these condo's have final plats prior to Nov 2002 - they don't need consideration to skirt the 2 units per acre.

What needs to be considered? Building Permits? How many spec homes can a condo comples build? Same as a housing development?

Growth Management plan

November 2003 will have a growth managment plan initiative on it. That initiative will call for a 2 year moritorium and then the growth rate will be only about 60 homes per year in the city. If you were planning on building 200 condos what would you think ''in consideration'' means?

Once Hackworth and the other file their initiative then these same builders will say, Hey folks the $600,000 ''Gift'' is withdrawn because we can't build our condos. The BIA will say, ''folks we can't agree on a Community Authority because you restricted our growth.'' Pleae put a book mark here to this site and this link because you heard it here first.

I am sure most of you already have figured this out. They have Uher trying to distract us with other projects and the petition circulators continue to crank up the heat because next year they would be building houses in Pickerington.
