Financial Backers of Levy review

Posted in: PATA
A word to the wise

I hope you can get it accomplished, Mr. Uher. It was tried about ten years ago to get impact fees through the legislature. Unfortunately, the developers who contributed to the levy fund managed to keep impact fees from becoming law. Also, you could probably influence more people if you would forget the Oakes situation. The Oakes have given more to the community by a great amount than your ''donation'' to the athletic program.

Why don't you try chastising the three board members who so willingly went along with the architect and superintendent, building a monument to stupidity(particularly the athletic facility).
Of course, you were probably on the front line encouraging them to ''do more'' for athletics. Why don't you also chastise them for not watching the finances a little more closely when other members of the board wanted to look at the financials.
Where the line is

After careful reflection I realize there is a line that we should not cross. I have approached that line in the matter of my comments on Mr. Oakes. I am now in imminent danger of crossing the line both in a legal and personal way. Also I now realize that while I am always trying to do what is best for the students of the PLSD, perhaps my tactics have become counterproductive.

To all the readers of this forum and to the Oakes family and the families of others whose name I have dragged through the mud, I humbly apologize.

Someone Else Crossed the Line

I did not write the above posting.

I do not apologize for exposing corrupt public officials, who consistently break the law.

Whoever wrote the posting, thanks for spelling my name correctly and getting my e-mail address correct.
