Community Authority or scam to hold public opinion at bay?
You be the judge!
Ask yourself ?– have these building permits that the City is rapidly processing become part of a Community Authority that is of yet to be approved?

Building permit roulette
Review of roughly 330 residential building permits submitted mostly through March 24th 2003 lead to the following details. These were lot specific permits and it appears that (3) developer / builders were trying to get permits for complete sections of newer subdivisions (Georges Creek, Village of Sycamore Creek & Fox Glen the last one in spite of a Referendum and Supreme Court Mandamus to appeal through the referendum process the approvals given by Pickerington City Council in September of 2002)

Interesting to note that of the 330 permits (January 1 ?– June 1) over 165 permits were issued after the failure of the May 6th PLSD Operating levy. The bulk of these permits were requested in and around the dates of March 16th ?– March 24th. Scores of permits were approved on the days of May 12th, May 16th, May 21st and May 22nd by this ?“Slow Down Residential Growth Municipal Government?”.
Did the levy & fall campaign contributors get their money?’s worth?
Also to be noted is that there are 258 additional permit requests that raced their way into submission between the first of June and the June 17th City Council meeting.
Is this the PLSD?’s ?“in consideration ?….?” monies?
What?’s that smell?
