Since one of our governing body likes to ask the opinions if it's citizens before they commit to decisions, I took the opportunity to respond to the Violet Township Survey.

Home Rule - As a now urban Township - Violet Township needs to utilize the current and future tools that the Home Rule status can and will provide.
Community Authority is a sham - a BIA, City of Pickerington, PLSD escape from addressing the real growth issues. With Pickerington officials involvement (having contracted the services of Attorney Greg Stype) this is nothing more than a Red Herring. Since all this talk of Community Authority has now come to play years after it should have been and after potentially illegal annexations occurred, plats were approved, and building permits issued it is nothing more than a cruel deception to the public.

Officials of Lockville Road will need to be sun dried, turned to dust and blown away in
the wind before this issue should be addressed.
