I hope everyone knows that all of the pre annexation agreements that were passed since late1999, contractually granting R-4, PR-4 and PR-6 and PR-10 (apartment) zoning to the developers and homebuilders received a ''councilmatic '' waiver of committee action the same waiver that Mr. Shaver sought for the revised moratorium ordinace. These agreements laid the groundwork for the madness you are now witnessing.

If there is any question in anybody's mind about who these people serve, it is answered tonight and Ted if the reporters are not on your email list, please forward this to them.

Subject: City Building permits

Dear Pickerington Citizens:

Tonight our Pickerington City council announced that they have either issued or they are about to issue 592 building permits for this year and we are not half way through the year.

Mr. Shaver tried to get an emergency ordinance onto the council floor for a vote but couldn't get a council waiver because it had not been through the service committee. The only vote against the waiver was Councilman Sabatino and Parker was absent they needed 6 votes to waive the immediate moratorium for a vote tonight. Clearly we will have at least 592 building permits this year and we can't stop them. I am sure they will see more building permit applications before the next three weeks. This council is out of control.

Spectacle

Interesting that the person that cast the ''Nay'' vote was appointed & not up for re-election.

Also interesting is that the person absent (Doug Parker) is also not up for re-election.

Our Council coordinates & works together beautifully. The ''Yes'' votes from Wright, Fox and Maxey - were not ''Yes'' votes. They just didn't have to vote ''No'' to see it fail.

September 4th can't come soon enough for me. People are lining up to sign the Sabatino Recall Petition - we need to have those ready to go.

The Council clearly demonstrated their position as it relates to our school system last night. We as citizens need to show them what their lack of action translates into.

If they represented their constituents growth would be slowed - that's what we want.

So if they don't represent us - who do they represent? Last I heard Bexley was not a part of Pickerington - has something changed that I missed?

Council meeting insult

Last night's council meeting was an insult and a
slap in the face to all residents. Mr. Shaver did not stand a chance. Other council members had
him boxed in from the word go. He and Ms Riggs seem to be the only ones who have any semblance of sanity. And how conveniently certain other members are absent during important votes. What a sham! We deserve better.

TOTAL RECALL

It is high time ALL of them with the exception
of David Shaver be REMOVED from office.
Perhaps a ''Boston Tea Party'' is in order.
Lou and Joyce's office furnishings would look
nice across the street in the park!
Is there any doubt that all of them are bought
and paid for by the BIA? Wake up folks!!!
ACTION!!!!!
