I hope everyone knows that all of the pre annexation agreements that were passed since late1999, contractually granting R-4, PR-4 and PR-6 and PR-10 (apartment) zoning to the developers and homebuilders received a ''councilmatic '' waiver of committee action the same waiver that Mr. Shaver sought for the revised moratorium ordinace. These agreements laid the groundwork for the madness you are now witnessing.
If there is any question in anybody's mind about who these people serve, it is answered tonight and Ted if the reporters are not on your email list, please forward this to them.

Dear Pickerington Citizens:
Tonight our Pickerington City council announced that they have either issued or they are about to issue 592 building permits for this year and we are not half way through the year.
Mr. Shaver tried to get an emergency ordinance onto the council floor for a vote but couldn't get a council waiver because it had not been through the service committee. The only vote against the waiver was Councilman Sabatino and Parker was absent they needed 6 votes to waive the immediate moratorium for a vote tonight. Clearly we will have at least 592 building permits this year and we can't stop them. I am sure they will see more building permit applications before the next three weeks. This council is out of control.
