Casting Your Vote Blindly


The school board is like a snake. You've got to step on it's head (vote ''NO'' on each and every school levy) until they squirm and say, ''we want to serve our community, not the BIA''.

The sad thing is the school board and city council continues to spit in your face and you keep voting for their issues and incumbents. Don't just blindly vote ''Yes'' on the school levy because the board says we need the cash. How forthright have they been thus far? How many times have we been victims to their misinformation? If they really needed the cash they would exercise the will of the community and oppose the BIA. Instead they are pandering to the BIA and taking the BIA's bribes.

But you'll vote ''YES'' on their levy anyway, right?

I'm with you. The game is getting old. I've been hearing from the school board for 5 years now how they can't control growth, but they should sure have an opinion on it by now!!! I hear the president of the board speak against controlling growth, but supporting a CA that involves no operating funds. Wes, Are you and the Good Old BIA going to pay for all those new students showing up in those new schools we need, or will we be asked for another levy in 2 years!! It's a joke and out of control.

I'm voting no until I see a backbone from the school board and they take a position on what we all know is the problem!!! The BIA, the Builders, The majority of the City Council, and those parents that actually think that voting yes will help this community in the long run. How many Levies and Bond issues have been for the KIDS and how many have been so the BIA could sell houses?

The PLSD has totally sold out to the BIA's bribes! I would urge ALL PLSD residents to vote
NO on ALL levys untill the school board has
been replaced along with the corrupt city goverment.Giving these people more money is NOT
the answer!!! If Wes and co. had any backbone they would have told Mr.Hart what to do with
his ''blood money''.
