In the past course offerings of the PLSD I remember my child taking a course titled Principles of Democracy (P.O.D.)
When did the Board change that acronym to stand for PROFITS OF DEVELOPERS?

Corrective Action
I'd suggest that the mayor Postage stamp,
Joyce(BIA agent)city council (w/ exception of
Shaver and Riggs)and the entire PLSD board be
sent southbound on the next NS freight thru town.
Perhaps they can find a suitable hole to leave
them all in down in WV.
