I think it is time your 'brain drop' ... please share with us what you have done and your specific votes on the seven recommendations of the Auditor of State to save us $3,665,000 in tax dollars.

You can also share with us that $1,871,000 of the savings is an annual cost savings. Have you factored that annual cost savings into future budgets?

Please share with us the FY 02 budget, FY 03 budget, FY 04 budget and the FY 05 budget.

Isn't the Board bigger than 1?


I haven't been in Pickerington all that long, but I believe the school board has 5 members.

Wouldn't they all have a collective position on your concerns ?

Have you asked any of the other members for this information ?

Or do you just badger one at a time ?

I understand you are new to the community.

Yes, there are five board members. However, only two of them serve on the Finance Committee established by the Board of Education.

Rigelman regularly gives the Finance Committee reports to the public board meetings so naturally he should be the one financial questions should be asked of.

I hope that helps understand the finances better. Of course, if the PLSD had a functioning website, you could have assessed this information yourself.
