It should be noted that the area being considered at the meeting is the area which was rezoned in 1997 to a C2 category, which according to the Zoning Code allows a mix of commercial and residential uses. With a police station, apartments(which are truly residential)and conds., where is the commercial in that area? Refer to the ''Our Pages'' under Zoning in 1997 to see the use proposed at that time and the ''who'' was involved.
