I actually agree that more disclosure would help voters feel better prepared to pass levy's.
It would have been nice had that been done prior to the New Jr/Sr High Schools & Athletic Complex. Then people could have packed the Board meetings again & got more responsible spending from Sanders, Sigman & Carlier. And we might have a concession stand but maybe not one that cost $1.5M & another elementary school to boot. Where were you on disclosure then??
