Re-develop??

I understand that the rents for the businesses at Turnberry have escalated to the point that customers are leaving.

I've also heard the developer would like to redevelop the site as a hotel.

Any truth to this?

Left turn into Turnberry

Route 256 will have a left turn lane onto Tussing Road West. They want to remove the left turn from north bound 256 diretcly into Turnberry because there will three south bound lanes of traffic these driver will need to cross to get into Tunrberry.

So coming from 256 south you would need to drive to Tussing and make a left turn in the left turn lane that will be provided. Once your turn you will go to the traffic signal that is currentlt located at the KFC entrance. You will make a left hand turn into Tunrberry and it will enter behind the vacant CVS store. I believe this will make the entrance harder to get to and it will discourage future customers.

What many are missing from my pont of view why do they need three south bounds lanes all the way down to our Bob Evans? I think it is to store excess traffic leaving Wal-Mart let Pickerington deal with the merging in front of Bob Evans.
