It?’s nothing more than a blatant attempt to mask the attempts by this sitting City Government to subsidize more homes being built. NOW the City of Pickerington is using every taxpayer in the State & Nation to help the profits of the builders and developers here?… PERIOD

I believe this entire City Council, Mayor and Manager deserve a nomination to the Golden Fleece Awards?… and in all those involved in the Ohio EPA as well!

The Traficant Award is the most prestigious level of recognition offered by the The Ohioan. It is an elite award offered only to the most bungling of public figures.

We take a great deal of care reviewing all of our awardees before making our final selections. Our decisions are based on the following criteria:


Must be a recognized public official (obviously exempt from liable)
Must have recently bungled something of great magnitude
Abused the public trust - directly or inadvertently
Must, as a result of their bungling, provide their opponents with a great deal of entertainment and joy
