Updated 5/15/03 BIA continues to threaten litigation THEY don?’t want a moratorium!

This all began with a realization that our area needs to manage the rate of growth. We need a Growth Plan and a Land Use Plan that are what the residents of this area desire.

Citizens are now circulating a petition for Moratorium & Growth Plan actions.

Meanwhile, the BIA continues to threaten legal actions and the City Manager & Ohio EPA continue to press forward with a doubling of the City?’s Sewer Plant spending thousands of dollars to continue a land option for Hickory Lakes.
