?„X If we were to forgo the sewer plant expansion ?¡?¥cause it costs millions ?¡V we don?¡?¦t get the houses and we don?¡?¦t add to the debt ?¡V wouldn?¡?¦t that also help keep rates down?
Postage is working with Bushman on the Professional Community Planner requirement of the current weak moratorium ?¡V
?„X Bushman says we?¡?¦ve done that in our comprehensive land use plan of two years ago which is a growth management plan.
?„X On what page of that plan for 2003 is it that 600+ residential permits are noted?
?„X What part of the plan of 2001 had the issuing of 2000+ plat approvals in 2002?
?„X Where in this far reaching plan is it that we hand control of our community?¡?¦s future over to the BIA?
