Now lets see our Board President takes these developers ''WORD'' for a donation and it doesn't materialize. This donation is based on actions by the city. Now how do you how the school board responsibiliy for city council actions? Even though this donation is documented in a letter signed by the honest attorney Bill Goldman is it enforcable in court? Clearly a contract must have two parties signing the agreement. Only one party signed the letter and thus no one knows if the school board could commit an action by the city.
Did our school baord President know this when he made his anoucment last June? I would say if he didn't he surely should have.
Yes Katelyn you are a quick study. Mark Uher all of a sudden appears to offset negative news from his side of the political war. He is all of a sudden now friends with Monhollen. Isn't that strange?
