Best thing we could do is file a class action lawsuit against Mark Uher to have parking fee's returned to the citizens that have already paid once for those parking lots.
I've also heard they are considering pay toilets to offset the loss in parking fee's.
Maybe we can have the Mark Uher memorial Urinal - paint his face in the bottom & you can figure out the rest. Of course, admission would be limited to those residents in the boundaries of the North High School.
