Most registered GOP candidates running for local office in Violet Township and, in particular, for the Pickerington Local School District Board of Education were contacted NOT by the NW Fairfield County GOP Club, were NOT interviewed, and were NOT informed of their endorsements.
Now why wouldn't a GOP club interview ALL GOP candidates before endorsing some of them??? Why did THE CLUB endorse candidates in June BEFORE they filed??
Keep tuned as this issue will become a 'barn-burner' ...

Since when is it the responsibility of the endorsee to solicit people to endorse?
If the others running for school board, mayor, judges, city council, etc wish to receive an endorsement from 'The club' then I suggest THEY fill out an application like the REST of the candidates did and go through the same process.
You flippin' moron I don't think ANY of the candidates were contacted by 'The Club' seeking to endorse particular people. THE ENDORSED CANDIDATES GOT OFF THEIR BUTTS and sought the endorsement FROM the club not the other way around!
You and facts really don't mix well, kind of an oil and water combo.
You're still priceless in my books. Go collect parking fees for having the privilege of parking at North, buy your kids a beemer to show them you love them and get on w/ life Mark.
Ohh and the cell phone network is also priceless. Mark gets off the phone w/ his superiors and that is supposed to mean what exactly?

Not that it matters really.
'Priceless' is correct at least as far as my case is concerned.
Mark, I, like the others you are referring to, was NOT contacted by the NW Fairfield Republican club. I initiated the process and contacted them asking what I needed to do to become endorsed. I explained the process in a prior posting but it appears that part has gone unnoticed.

Worthless Endorsements
As a good Democrat in Violet Township, I am loving this endorsement mess.
Let me see if I have it correct.
People who want the Northwest Club to endorse them contact the club and the GOP only endorses candidates that contact them. Is that how it works?
The GOP has provided me a good line up of people to vote against. To all the Democrats and Independents, please vote against all GOP club endorsed candidates as these right-wing zealots are trying to steal the community, just like they are trying to do in California. Right-wing zealots who cannot win elections.
