Fairfield County residents who are currently registered to vote in any other Ohio County may register to vote in Fairfield County by changing their address at the Board of Election on or before the November General election.
Residents from out-of-state or who are registering for the first time have until October 6, 2003 to register to vote in the November 4, 2003 General election.
