This sign placement stuff is so interesting. According to Frank Wissman of the City, Joyce Bushman asked him to direct his staff to use their time to collect the opposition signs from people's home yards. After they are retrieved from the City, they are placed again by the supporter, only to be directed again by Joyce to remove them.
Outside of private yards, just look around at the placement of Postage, Smith and Bowman's signs. If you are unsure where Darryl Berry's land or Developer Control is just look to see where Postage, Bowman and Chris Smith have their signs. They are on Developer land (for instance Diley Road) They are on land that Darryl owns like the southeast corner of Hill Road and Columbus. They are in businesses that have benefited from the overgrowth, like Heitmeyer Builders (town hall, the Parsonage and Nicole's Salon). They are along Church Street of course because one, that is where Randy Hughes lives in Darryl Berry's house riding Darryl Berry's motorcycle, Jack Bowman's house on the south east corner of Church Street and Hill Road. Don't you find it odd that Jack Bowman's front yard was landscaped, his grass resodded and a three-car-wide driveway put up before they asked him to run. I guess Jack's needs are simple. The signs are in front of Graeters, Skyline Chili and Dr. Schone's office because that is property that is owned by Darryl Berry. Now look at where Shaver, etal signs are. They are in the lawns of the people. That tells the entire story right there.
