Yes - Bowman's new literature states he wants to increase the moratorium for 6 additional months and slow growth.

This is the same man that had a dinner thrown for him by Jason Heitmeyer on Oct 16th - so funds raised won't need to be reported until after the election.

Jack - I'm saving your flyer. You are lying to the people now and you aren't even elected.

We all obviously know that everyone?’s signs were up before the election reporting of contributions cut off. If this year repeats the habits of elections past ?– and particularly the Fall 2001 election then we can speculate that the ?“pro-growth advocates?” of the BIA for the fall of 2003 won?’t list any contributors to the public before this election.

Going one step further, whether it be older or younger Heitmeyer involved this suspected fund raiser for the ?“now slow growth?” convert candidate Bowman there is one recorded fact that is inescapable. It was Jason Heitmeyer, with father present in the audience, who boldly stood before a packed City Council meeting. (You?’ll remember, it was the one the BIA loaded up with workers and Realtors and gave THEIR perspective on our growth issue.) In the words of young Heitmeyer that are burned forever in my memory (as well as on video TV coverage & audio meeting tape) You can?’t impose a Moratorium as we need to ?“plan as we go.?”

Two faced elections are nothing new here. Welcome to that club Jack!
