Does Postage really think we will believe he's concerned with the situation he's placed the schools in?

If he's really concerned why doesn't he use Kohl's income tax monies to pay for the sewer, traffic lights and road improvements instead of taking the property taxes from our school system?

I'm positive he's not that concerned........

My sentiments exactly. It is time for the City to bite the bullet and pay for some of the inprovements with money they get from income tax instead of some of the foolish ways they now spend our tax dollars.
Another way would be for them to forgive income tax for a period of time as an incentive for businesses to locate here.
