This whole Hickory Lakes // Sewer Plant Expansion deal has a real stench about it. I drove by the ?“School to Excess?” site yesterday after I got my ?“Bucilla?” letter and also noticed the sign of ?“Development Property?” in the area. Although the sign isn?’t on Hickory Lakes IT IS ON A PARCEL THAT THE CITY HAS BEEN FIGHTING TO ANNEX. And this same property abuts up toward Hickory Lakes.
So whose name was on the sign of ?“Development Property?” none other than Judy Pasanelli. Then it clicked! Judy Pasanelli ?– development property ?– High density zoning and of course who has Judy peddle property for -- Daryl Berry!!
